I'm Tracy Townson, certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher located in Barrhaven, Ottawa, Ontario. At Ascension Journey, the Reiki energy healing modality is offered to help people clear blockages, releasing stagnant and toxic energy, aiding them to come into harmony and balance, aligning them to reach their highest selves.
